Guild Policies

1. Respect one another and treat each other with respect. This is a fun guild and we enjoy goofing around which is fine, but not at other people's expense. If someone asks you to stop doing something, please do so.

2. Treat the officers and raid leaders with respect. It is not easy to lead a guild or a raid, and a lot of things go on behind closed doors for the improvement of the guild and a raid. So please be patient and accepting. We might not always make the right decision (regarding the guild or a raid) but we are trying to do our best.

3. There will be no reporting anyone in the guild to the GM's for any reason. If you have a problem with a guild mate, talk to an officer about it.

4. At no point should anyone start a problem or arguement with another guild, in particular through General chat. If another guild or individual start something, just ignore it, the officers will deal with it politically and civily.

5. We do not have a rule against profanity. The reason being that that is how some people like to express theirselves which is fine. However that does not mean you should be abusing this policy. There are some younger members here and it is unnecessary to be constantly cussing around them and others. If we feel this is getting out of hand we will crack down on it.

Raiding Policies

1. As of now, no one will be allowed to talk in raid chat during a 40 man raid. We've had too many problems with people talking about meaningless crap that distracts the raid. Only officers will be allowed to use raid chat. If you want to talk feel free to use guild chat. If it is something important whisper an officer and we'll say it.

2. Vent will be restricted during 40 man raids. People will be muted if they are constantly talking about things not related to the current raid. You will recieve a warning, then be muted.

3. Do not loot any bodies until the entire raid is rezzed. Do this out of respect for the other members as they won't recieve any gold if the body is looted while they are dead. Let the Master Looter loot the body on bosses first. If you are unsure if you can loot an item such as a quest item, ask an officer.

4. Help out newer players. Don't start bitching about how the "noobs" don't know what they're doing and they're wiping us. Instead give them suggestions on what they can do to improve. There will be no "noobs" in this guild. Period.

5. If you can not make it for the estimated amount of time we will be raiding on a given night, tell your class representative beforehand. If something comes up and you have to leave, let us know as soon as you can. Try to find a replacement if possible.

6. If you at any time have an issue with something regarding a raid, be it a problem with another player, a leader, etc. DO NOT bring it up and bitch about it to the whole raid. If you have a problem contact an officer and let us handle it.

7. If you are in a raid, you must be in that raid's channel or whatever channel the raid leader selects. If in the past you have been in a different channel because you don't want to hear all of the annoying, obnoxious, useles banter, it shouldn't be a problem since we are restricting vent. However if you still fee the urge to leave for this reason, let the raid leader or an officer know and we will deal with it.

8. Raids don't always go as planned. Sometimes a strategy won't work with the current members, or we will get stuck on a boss we can usually beat for whatever reason. This happens from time to time and is no excuse to start inter-fighting. Instead attempt to analyze what is wrong and help fix it.
